**** Damages****

Although we package with care (boxes, bubble wrap, bags & filler), the post office can still be rough on packages. If your item were to arrive damaged, please contact us within 5 days for a replacement or refund. Please note, if you contact us outside of the 5 days, we are unable to replace or refund. 

****Shipping & Lost Packages****

Once the order has been dropped off at the post office, it is out of our hands. We cannot control if the package arrives on a certain day or if it will take longer than stated. We are not responsible if your package is lost. If you believe your package is lost during transit or not in your mailbox as stated, then please contact USPS for further assistance. If you need any help in doing so, please reach out and we can try and help.

****Raw Brass Note****

Raw brass can oxidize leaving little spots. These can be wiped off and cleaned with brass cleaner. We cannot guarantee that any raw brass pieces you purchase will come without spots.
